We make it easier to build more homes for Idahoans.
We do this by supporting cities as they grow, building local coalitions, and elevating nonpartisan housing solutions.

Help us build our
Housing Action Fund
Through Idaho Gives (May 4-7), we're raising $12,000 for our Housing Action Fund. That number represents the 12,000 homes that could be built every year if outdated policies were updated and communities said yes to more home choices.
Early giving open now.

Everyone in Idaho is talking about housing
...and yet, we continue to see housing costs increase. As Idaho's first and only pro-housing advocacy group, we believe this is fixable through policy change.
Our communities can grow without losing what makes them special. Working families can live near jobs, schools, and daily needs; Idaho seniors and young families can stay; and our state can grow in a way that preserves our farmland, open space, and quality of life.
